General products are manufactured in a clean room of class 100,000 and ultrapure products are manufactured in a clean room of class 10,000, after which cleaning and rinsing are performed with ultrapure water (18 MΩ).
From shipment inspection process, inspection, rinsing and packing are executed in a clean room of class 1,000 and also a dry booth of class 100 is used for specific products.
