Synthesized Quartz

Synthesized quartz has ultra-high purity of 5 ppb metal impurity content or lower which is 1/10 to 1/1400 of that of natural quartz and has high homogeneity and high heat-resistance. As a material to replace natural quartz in the future, it is used as quartz product for some semiconductor processes, quartz substrate for photo masking and as poly Si TFT substrate for LCD, etc.
